Customer Support Agent (Chinese Speaker)

Are you fluent in Chinese and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our team at WeDoSupport on a remote basis.

 

Main Responsibilities:

✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Chinese.

✔️ Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.

✔️ Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.

✔️ Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.

✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.

 

Requirements:

✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Strong attention to detail.

✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
