📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries across phone, chat, and ticketing systems • Serve as the friendly voice, helpful text, and problem-solving expert for customers • Deliver top-tier support and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with a tight-knit HQ team of agents and fit into company culture

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin/English • Experienced in Calls, Chats and emails • Experience with phone, chat, and ticketing systems • Friendly and understanding • Good at explaining technical jargon in layman's terms • Very strong critical thinking skills • Good communication skills and being collaborative • Good culture fit and attitude • Commitment: 5 hours per week, 90 days (as needed) • Operation hours: Friday 6am-2pm; Saturday 6am-10pm; Sunday 6am-10pm; Monday 6am-10pm • Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington are excluded from this posting
