这是一个高影响力、混合型职位,融合了客户拓展、商业策略和运营优先级排序。您将与集成、市场营销和产品团队跨职能合作,确保商户的长期成功,并实现我们“先买后付”解决方案的跨境可扩展性。

 

您的职责:

  管理现有活跃的中国电商商户组合,支持其商业成功并识别增长机会;

  负责并拓展新商户,重点关注企业级客户和更广泛的长尾市场,采用可扩展的方法来优化工作优先级并最大化影响力;

  支持中国商户拓展欧洲市场,提供本地化策略和市场进入优化方面的建议;

  主导商业活动:绩效评估、高级服务(例如媒体套餐、联盟营销)的追加销售以及合同续签;

  Adyen 等支付合作伙伴协调,确保拓展欧洲市场的商户获得流畅的结账和结算体验;

  分析数据和市场趋势,挖掘可执行的洞察,并将其转化为清晰的商业计划;

  与内部团队紧密合作,指导商户完成入驻和集成流程;

  与市场营销团队合作,开展旨在提升品牌知名度和促进交易的联合品牌推广活动;

  在公司内部代表商户发声,倡导改进我们的产品和商业方案;

  密切关注中国电商和欧洲零售生态系统的最新趋势;

  根据需要出差拜访商户、参加活动和贸易展览会(出差时间不超过 30%)。


 您需要具备的条件:

  必须精通普通话;

  英语流利(口语和书面);

  3 年以上客户管理、业务拓展或咨询经验,理想情况下拥有电商、SaaS 或支付领域的经验;

  熟悉 Adyen 或其他企业级支付服务提供商 (PSP) 者优先;

  具备通过咨询和数据驱动的方式拓展和维护重要客户的能力;

  拥有与高交易量商户群体合作的经验,并能大规模地进行优先级排序;

  具备出色的商业判断力、沟通能力和谈判技巧;

  精通 CRM 工具(例如 HubSpot)的使用,并能在结构化的销售流程中跟踪关键绩效指标 (KPI)

  熟悉中国数字和支付生态系统,并了解跨境电商的动态。

THE MISSION

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Key Account & Growth Manager, reporting to our VP of Strategic Growthto lead our growth with companies based in China, willing to sell into the EU market. You will manage a portfolio of active merchant partners and oversee the development of the market, including a broader long-tail segment, with the key objective of helping Chinese merchants expand successfully into European markets.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining account development, commercial strategy, and operational prioritisation. You will work cross-functionally with integration, marketing, and product teams to ensure long-term merchant success and scalability of our Buy Now, Pay Later solution across borders.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage      a portfolio of existing active Chinese E-commerce merchants,      supporting their commercial success and identifying growth opportunities;

  • Oversee      and develop new merchant acquisition focusing both on enterprise      and a larger long-tail segment, using scalable approaches to      prioritise effort and maximise impact;

  • Support      Chinese merchants in their expansion across European      markets, advising on localisation strategies and GTM optimisation;

  • Lead      commercial activities: performance reviews, upselling of premium      services (e.g., Media Packages, Affiliation), and contract renewals;

  • Coordinate      with payment partners such as Adyen to ensure a seamless      checkout and settlement experience for merchants expanding to European      markets;

  • Analyse      data and market trends to identify actionable insights and      translate them into clear commercial plans;

  • Guide merchants      through onboarding and integration processes in close      collaboration with internal teams;

  • Partner      with Marketing to run co-branded campaigns aimed at      increasing visibility and driving transactions;

  • Act      as the voice of your merchants internally, advocating for      improvements in our product and commercial offering;

  • Stay      up to date with trends in Chinese E-commerce and European      retail ecosystems;

  • Travel as      needed for merchant visits, events, and trade fairs (up to 30%).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native Mandarin Chinese      speaker is an absolute must;

  • Full      Business fluency in English (spoken and written);

  • 3+      years of experience in account management, business development,      or consulting, ideally in E-commerce, SaaS, or payments;

  • Familiarity      with payment providers such as Adyen or other enterprise-level      PSPs is a plus;

  • Strong      ability to grow and retain key accounts through consultative and      data-driven approaches;

  • Experience      working with high-volume merchant segments and managing prioritisation at      scale;

  • Excellent      commercial judgement, communication, and negotiation skills;

  • Proficient      in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and tracking KPIs within structured      sales processes;

  • Familiarity      with the Chinese digital and payment ecosystem, and understanding of      cross-border commerce dynamics.
