About You
Qualified individuals with a passion for informing the decisions of senior corporate executives are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a position that will allow the contractor to see how insights and information on healthcare policy are used by senior decision makers within major healthcare companies.
The contractor will conduct ongoing research and analysis, with a focus on secondary research. They will receive daily coaching, feedback, and support as part of our collaborative, meritocratic team culture.
This individual will be paid CNY 28/h in this contracted position and will be working about 30 hours per week during the 6 month duration.
What To Expect in This Position:
Monitor and summarize major healthcare policy and reimbursement reforms across Greater China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong)
Translate key healthcare policy documents and announcements from Chinese to English
Update and maintain monthly healthcare datasets and trackers

What Sets You Apart:
Strong attention to detail, execution efficiency, critical thinking skills, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Excellent communication skills in English (writing, editing, and presenting) are required

Experience in managing multiple projects, working on tight deadlines, and working relatively independently in remote work setting
Demonstrated ability to cover a variety of topics and issues, including completely new topics
