Creative & Product Development Manager(远程,全职)

这是一个结合 创意能力 + 产品开发领导力 的核心职位。

不仅仅是设计,你将负责品牌创意方向、产品开发流程,并协调团队与供应商,把产品从创意概念变为最终上市的成品。

你将直接向 总经理(General Manager 汇报,并与领导团队紧密合作。

我们会提供最初的产品概念,而你将主导从 早期设计研发定稿上市 的全流程推进。

  • 引领各品牌的创意方向,提供灵感与视觉标准

  • 建立并管理自由职业者、供应商与内部设计师团队

核心职责

  • 全面负责所有品牌的 创意与产品开发流程

  • 设计并管理包装、亚马逊      Listing 视觉、社交媒体图像、营销素材

  • 将产品创意转化为可执行的设计与产品开发需求      brief

  • 招募与协调自由职业者团队(设计师、插画师等)

  • 与供应商、包装/打样设计师、生产方合作,将产品从概念推进到上市

  • 确保所有视觉素材符合品牌指南,并优化为 亚马逊      / 移动端优先体验

  • 主动提出设计、流程、生产环节的优化建议

  • 参与团队例会(每日/每周),共享想法与确定优先级


职位要求(About You

你是一个兼具创意与领导力的设计专家:

  • 5      年以上专业设计经验(精通      Adobe Creative Suite

  • 熟悉文具、婴幼儿生活类产品、包装类设计(或愿意进入新品类)

  • 有带领创意项目经验(管理过内部与自由职业者团队更佳)

  • 工作有条理、结构化、主动性强,可同时管理多个项目

  • 既能亲自设计,也能管理他人并推动落地

  • 英语沟通能力强,可跨国沟通

  • 加分项:电商经验(尤其是亚马逊)、熟悉      AI 创意工具

About the company

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple brands across various consumer categories, primarily selling through Amazon and other online marketplaces. Our products range from inspirational affirmation cards and educational flashcards (SAT prep, baby & toddler cards) to lifestyle and stationery items. Our culture is startup-driven, fast-paced, collaborative, and highly results-oriented.

About the role

We’re looking for a Creative & Product Development Manager who can blend strong creative skills with strategic leadership. This role is not just about design — it’s about leading our creative vision, driving product development, and coordinating the teams and partners that bring our ideas to life.

You’ll report directly to our General Manager and work closely with the leadership team. While we will provide the initial product concepts, you’ll be responsible for executing and driving development — from early design through to launch.

We need someone who can:

  • Lead      and inspire the creative direction across our brands.

  • Build      and manage a reliable network of freelancers, suppliers, and in-house      designers.

  • Coordinate      between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth      execution of projects.

  • Balance      hands-on design work with project and team management — rolling up your      sleeves when needed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own      the creative and product development process for all our brands.

  • Design      and oversee compelling visuals across packaging, Amazon listings, social      media, and digital marketing.

  • Translate      product ideas into actionable creative and product development briefs.

  • Build      and coordinate a team of freelance designers, illustrators, and creative      partners.

  • Collaborate      with suppliers, pattern/packaging designers, and other stakeholders to      bring products from concept to launch.

  • Ensure      all creative assets meet brand guidelines and are optimized for      Amazon/mobile-first customer experiences.

  • Proactively      propose improvements in design, workflow, and product development      processes.

  • Participate      in daily/weekly team check-ins, openly sharing ideas and aligning      priorities.

About you

  • You      are a creative leader with 5+ years of professional design experience      (Adobe Creative Suite mastery required).

  • You’re      comfortable working on stationery, baby/lifestyle products, and packaging,      with the flexibility to branch into new categories.

  • You’ve      led creative projects before, ideally coordinating both in-house and      freelance contributors.

  • You      are organized, structured, and proactive, with a proven ability to manage      multiple projects at once.

  • You’re      hands-on — just as happy to design yourself as you are to manage and      coordinate others.

  • You      have strong English communication skills and are confident in      collaborating across global teams.

  • Bonus:      experience in e-commerce (especially Amazon) and familiarity with AI      creative tools.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Monthly salary is $1800-$2400 depending on experience. 

This job is 100% remote. You can work at any time you choose, but you must participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 with your manager (based in Europe).
