As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our core product. We’re looking for someone who brings equal parts UX and UI craft, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is motivated by creating tools that spark imagination and help people achieve stunning results with ease.

This role is part of a growing, multidisciplinary team where you’ll have meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence how millions of people interact with AI.

What you’ll do

• Design      clear, intuitive and beautiful user experiences for our AI image and video      generation tools using Figma

• Create      interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and explore user journeys

• Partner      closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver      impactful features quickly and iteratively

• Take      ownership of the end-to-end design process for your squad, from discovery      through to final polish

• Present      and explain design decisions with clarity, showing how they align with      user needs and business goals

• Use      both data and user research to inform design decisions and measure impact

• Help      evolve and maintain our design system in collaboration with the broader      design team

• Contribute      to a kind, inclusive and growth-oriented design culture that reflects our      values of Be a Good Human and Win Together

• Mentor      less experienced designers and share your craft knowledge generously

Skills we like

• Strong      experience designing digital products using Figma (web and mobile)

• Comfortable      navigating ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into intuitive      experiences

• Excellent      UX skills: ability to map user journeys, sketch ideas, and explore      multiple directions before refining

• Confident      UI skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy and      accessibility

• Experience      working with and contributing to design systems

• Track      record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Curious      and aware of current design and product trends — you stay connected to      what’s happening in the world of design

• Open      and receptive to feedback, with a no-ego approach to iteration and      learning

• Comfortable      self-managing your time and priorities, with support from a Senior Design      Mentor
