你将做什么(What you’ll do)

我们正在寻找一名 Inbound Sales Representative(内部销售代表),作为 Airwallex 未来增长引擎的重要组成部分。

你将:

  • 负责培育线索、搭建销售管道

  • 与潜在客户互动,深入挖掘需求并进行初步销售资格判断

  • 参与销售流程建设、价值主张表达以及关键销售工具的创建

该岗位佣金机制具有明显上行空间,成交带来直接回报。

主要职责(Responsibilities)

  • 通过高质量提问与沟通,与潜在客户建立关系并识别真实需求

  • 推动合格线索在销售漏斗中前进,目标是预约产品演示

  • 执行标准化销售触点(plays),包括:

    • 电话

    • 邮件

    • 在线聊天

    • 社交媒体

  • 在明确客户需求后,向客户介绍和讲解产品方案

  • 高效处理线索清单,满足或超越 SLA 要求

  • 在 CRM 系统中持续、准确地更新客户信息与活动记录,并支持周报

  • 通过测试不同触点,反馈并优化外联策略与最佳实践

About the team

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams. What you’ll do

We’re currently looking for an Inbound Sales Representative in our team. You will drive Airwallex’s future growth engine to develop leads that will build Airwallex’s sales pipeline. You get excited about engaging with prospects to qualify needs better, thinking creatively and independently about outreach strategies. You are adept at identifying high-value opportunities and capable of managing early sales funnel activities. Finally, you enjoy building – you like to actively participate in the prospecting and sales process, the articulation of Airwallex’s value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets. With the commission structure for this role, there is a significant upside for won opportunities. If you’re hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!

This role is open to both Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop      relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective      questioning to qualify interest and viability

  • Move      qualified leads through the buyer journey with the goal of booking product      demonstrations

  • Execute      ‘plays’ or designed touch points in a customer journey through cold calls,      emails, chat and social media

  • Present      product information to customers once you have identified their needs

  • Effectively      work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update      activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly      reporting efforts

  • Inform      and recommend outreach strategies and best practices by testing various      touch points

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong      motivator and self starter who is able to operate in a hyper growth      environment

  • Natural      communicator who loves connecting to people

  • Ambitious      to make an impact and have a constant desire to improve yourself

  • Demonstrate      resilience to adapt to changing market conditions and maintain consistent      sales performance

  • Process      driven – You enjoy developing, documenting, and following procedures to      ensure they are efficient, scalable, and defensible

  • A      team player – You are a natural at building relationships with your      colleagues but can work independently at ease

  • Track      record of top performance or prior success in an SDR/AM-related role

  • Superior      verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency      in Vietnamese and Mandarin and/or a background in fintech, or PSP (Payment      Service Provider) will be an advantage

  • Strong      interest in technology and/or financial services
