Sponsorship Opportunities – Primary Teachers for Rural NSW

ANZUK Education is now welcoming Expressions of Interest from teachers seeking visa sponsorship across Primary years for positions in rural New South Wales.

About ANZUK Education

ANZUK Education has supported educators since 2004. Today, we work with over 500 independent and faith-based schools across Australia. We're able to fully support schools and educators by finding the right educator, right place, right time.

Our Regional & Rural Schools Team is dedicated to ensuring equity in education for students across NSW by connecting great teachers to schools that truly value them.

The Schools & Locations

We are working to support a number of Catholic Primary schools in rural NSW seeking Primary teachers to commence through Term 1, 2026. The schools have enrolments over 100 and are all central parts of their respective communities.

With incredibly supportive school leadership teams that welcome international teachers with open arms, we have worked closely with these schools to support with overseas teachers over many years.

Who We're Looking For

Primary teachers (K–6)

Teachers currently based/teaching in Australia (note that offshore sponsorship isn't available - consideration will only be given to those teachers currently onshore)

Experience within Catholic schools will be highly regarded but not essential

What’s on Offer

Digital interviews followed by an opportunity to visit the school and community before committing to a role

Requirements

Eligible for or currently accredited with NESA

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Willingness to contribute to and engage with the regional community

Minimum 12 months full time Primary teaching experience within the last 5 years
