Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the most exciting companies in the industry, like Hotjar, Pitch, Writesonic, and UserTesting (to name a few).
We’ve elevated their marketing efforts, driven impactful results, and accelerated their growth through the collective expertise and dedication of our fully remote team, spread across 16 countries and counting! 🌎
About The Role
As a skilled Mid-Weight Digital Designer, Hey Digital is perfect for you if:

🗒️ Requirements:
You have experience working in advertising or paid content.
You have experience working in an agency / worked with multiple clients simultaneously.
You have strong skills in storyboarding design.
You must be competent in design tools such as Figma.
You must be an effective communicator and a team player.
You have great attention to detail and can utilise this skill to maintain our high design quality.
You are highly knowledgeable in design principles and visual storytelling.
You have a basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
You have basic knowledge of web design.
You need a strong WIFI connection as all your work will be carried out remotely.
You need excellent English communication skills as you will be working with people from around the globe.
Being research-oriented is a plus as we’re working with many different SaaS applications – This requires a lot of research in order to understand the product features, the offer, the target audience, etc.
⭐ Really-nice-to-haves:
Having working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required.
Having working motion graphic skills is a plus, but not required.
Experience building basic websites with Webflow or Framer is a huge plus, but not required.

🦸 Responsibilities:
Execute design briefs from ideation to export (static ads, carousel ads, Google Display ads) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, websites, etc.) that are aligned with the client’s branding, with the goal of driving conversions for various client accounts using Figma.
Ideate and design short storyboards for GIFs and short video ads using Figma.
Design and build landing pages using Unbounce.
Create and maintain client-specific brand files.
Provide input in the company’s internal projects and marketing projects.
General design admin work such as exporting assets, organising files in Google Drive and Figma, and keeping ClickUp up to date.
Support junior design team members within the team.
Stay up to date with design and industry trends.
