作为图形设计师,你将加入公司 Marketing Team,直接向品牌高级经理(Sr. Manager of Brand)汇报。你将在印刷与数字渠道中, 扮演塑造公司视觉识别的重要角色。你将跨团队协作,将创意转化为具有视觉冲击力的素材,并保持品牌故事的一致性。
你需要在快速变化、富有创造力的环境中工作,擅长将概念转化为精致可用的视觉内容、同时能平衡多个项目且善于利用数据促成更佳设计效果。
主要职责
制作并输出印刷与数字渠道所需的视觉素材。
在多平台(网站、移动、社交、印刷、活动展示等)适配现有设计,调整格式与比例。
负责图像修饰与处理,提升素材画面质量。
制作并维护品牌规范书,确保视觉识别系统(Brand Identity)贯穿所有触点。
与 Marketing、E-commerce、Merchandising 等团队紧密合作,将商业目标转化为视觉方案。
管理多个项目,优化工作流程、平衡优先级,并依据数据(如 CTR、用户参与度)反馈优化设计。
维护设计模板、资产库与项目文件的组织,以便后续复用与协作。
任职要求
至少 5 年以上平面图形设计或主设计师(Lead Designer)经验。
精通 Adobe Creative Suite(如 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、After Effects)及 XD/Figma 等工具。
擅长排版、版式、构图,细节敏锐,熟悉零售设计趋势。
能够解读设计相关数据(如点击率 CTR、参与率 Engagement Metrics)并据此优化设计。
优秀的沟通能力,具备从概念到完成的项目管理经验。
具有 电商 (e-commerce) 设计项目经验者优先。

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This individual will report into our Sr. Manager of Brand and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company across print and digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely across teams to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design, compelling visuals, and consistent brand storytelling. If you’re a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, loves turning concepts into polished visuals, balancing multiple projects with ease, and using data to inspire better design, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Design and produce engaging materials for both print and digital platforms.
Create original visual assets including illustrations, infographics, and animated GIFs.
Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and aspect ratios for various platforms (website, mobile app, social ads, print, event displays).
Perform photo retouching and image manipulation to enhance visuals.
Prepare production-ready files for print vendors or digital uploads, ensuring accurate color profiles, bleeds, and resolution.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with merchandizing, marketing, and e-commerce teams to translate business objectives into effective visual assets.
Balance multiple projects, manage timelines and priorities efficiently.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly to deliver final assets.
Interpret performance data (e.g., click-through rates, engagement metrics) to refine creative direction.
Maintain and organize design templates, asset libraries, and project files for internal use.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Lead Designer in a professional setting.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
Strong typography, layout, and composition skills, with a sharp eye for detail and retail design trends.
Proven ability to interpret creative performance data (CTR, engagement metrics, etc.) and apply insights to improve designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
Experience with Canva or other rapid content creation tools.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Prior experience with e-commerce design projects.
