What you will be doing
Assist platform clients in completing transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with platform clients through the work system and resolve any issues they encounter.
Follow up on information in the work group and maintain high-quality platform clients.
Collect the demands and opinions of platform clients, summarize and record them, and reflect the clients' needs to relevant departments.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
What we are looking for
Excellent communication skills, good expression ability and high emotional control ability, capable of calmly dealing with customer demands.
Strong learning ability, good at teamwork, and skilled at identifying problems in work and proposing improvement suggestions.
Candidates with P2P customer service experience background, understanding of foreign payment methods in P2P, and familiarity with appeal cases are preferred.
Language proficiency: Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate in writing with foreign users in English.
Possessing good logical thinking ability and communication skills, with strong flexibility.
Having a good sense of service and good stress resistance.
