3. 其他信息KESH已获得欧洲复兴开发银行（以下简称“银行”）提供的3000万欧元贷款/赠款，用于支付阿尔巴尼亚“贝尔希太阳能光伏项目”的费用。

此外，KESH还获得了世界银行投资基金（WBIF）提供的925万欧元赠款，用于资助KESH的贝尔希太阳能光伏项目。

该项目预计总成本为4167.1万欧元，将需要采购以下货物、工程和服务：

3. Other Information

KESH has received a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the “Belshi Solar Photovoltaic Project” in Albania in the amount of 30 million Euro by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank” or “EBRD”), and a grant in the amount of 9.25 million Euro by the WBIF to finance the project of KESH, Belshi Solar PV Project.
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 41.671 million Euro equivalent will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:
1. Design, Build and Operation for the 50MW photovoltaic.
2. Supervisor Engineer.
3. PIU Support Consultant.

Procurement of the above contracts are expected to begin in the first quarter of the 2026.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). If you intend to participate in any procurement under this project, please ensure that you have registered in ECEPP (https://ecepp.ebrd.com). Registered entities will be notified directly when any procurement opportunities are published.
