| 3 | Tender Description | Saudi Railway Company (SAR) is implementing the Phosphate 3 Project – Section 1 to enhance railway infrastructure and expand freight capacity in response to the growing global demand for phosphate. The project covers the section from AZ1 / Nariyah Yard to Ras Al Khair and involves doubling the existing railway track to improve operational efficiency and connectivity to Ras Al Khair Port. The scope includes track doubling, alignment modifications, new utility bridges, culvert widening, and hydrological structures, along with conversion of the AZ1 siding into a mainline track. Works also cover builders’ support for signaling and telecommunication systems, ensuring full compliance with SAR’s design, safety, and environmental standards. |
