Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4. These documents must be presented to the BAC Secretariat upon request.Interested bidders shall have at least or any equivalent to PCAB General Engineering "B" Category; and Well Driller Registration issued by the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) as compliance to PD1067 (Water Code of the Philippines)If at the time of post-qualification procedure, the BAC verifies that any of the deficiencies is due to the contractor’s fault or negligence pursuant to of RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations the Procuring Entity shall disqualify the contractor from the award without any right to reimburse fees and incidental cost paid for the procurement of infrastructure contract subject of the Bid.8.
