1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
The contract will be financed by EBRD Shareholder Special Fund.

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The type of contract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Prospective participants can access the procurement exercise by clicking on the below link or on the 'Access Opportunity' button (if viewing this notice on ECEPP). Registered participants may log in and access the documentation immediately and unregistered participants may do so after completing a brief registration:

3. Other Information
The procurement process is conducted in French. Proposals will have to be submitted in French language only. English proposals will not be accepted.

1. Détail du financement: Le Maître d’Ouvrage désigné ci-dessus a l'intention d'utiliser une partie d’une subvention administrée par la Banque européenne pour la reconstruction et le développement (la BERD ou la Banque) pour financer la mission d’assistance technique portant sur l’accompagnement de la société Nador West Med dans sa transition de la phase construction à la phase exploitation. Les contrats seront assujettis aux Politiques et Règles de Passation de marché de la Banque.
Information sur le financement: Fonds Spécial des Actionnaires de la BERD.

2. Information sur la procédure de sélection: Les contrats seront soumis aux « Politique et Règles de Passation des Marchés » de la Banque et sont ouverts à la participation pour les entreprises de tous les pays, sauf indication contraire dans les dossiers de passation des marchés. Le type et la méthode de passation de marché sont indiqués ci-dessus. Une description complète de l'opération est disponible dans la documentation via la plateforme ECEPP. Le dossier qui sera remis devra comprendre des informations telles que: les exigences techniques et financières détaillées; toute information sur les lots; le résultat attendu; les conditions d'admissibilité et de qualification; date de début du contrat; durée prévue du contrat; toute exigence de réponse; toute autre information pertinente.
Cette sélection de consultants sera effectuée à l'aide du portail dématérialisé de passation des marchés des clients de la BERD (ECEPP). Les participants potentiels qui se sont inscrits à l'ECEPP et qui ont exprimé un intérêt pour le contrat peuvent accéder aux documents et demander des éclaircissements et des renseignements supplémentaires au Maître d’Ouvrage par l’intermédiaire de la plateforme ECEPP.
