Open International Bidding

The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Procurement of Grid Tie Roof-Mounted Hybrid Solar Photovoltaic Systems for a Cumulative 2MWp in the Island of Rodrigues, Republic of Mauritius.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2025/10478.

Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 02 February 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest.

Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 02 February 2026 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 04 February 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).

A site visit will be held on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 10.00 hours at the CEB Office, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues.

Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 04 February 2026 as from 13.45 hours.

The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
