Project Description:
As part of these initiatives, BNECL will undertake the installation and commissioning of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) aims to enhance energy efficiency and reliability by integrating a robust energy storage solution with existing rooftop photovoltaic (PV) infrastructure. The system will provide backup capacity, optimize energy use and support BNECL’s energy transformation initiatives. The project encompasses the performance of load analysis, installation, interconnection and integration of BESS components, as well as the wiring of existing rooftop photovoltaic (PV) modules. The project will ensure compliance with the local authority having jurisdiction and relevant regulatory standards, including NFPA 855, NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E to guarantee the safety and operational effectiveness of the system.
